Introduction to Change Management
Change Management is a process that governs modifications to an IT environment. Its purpose is to assess, plan, authorise, and implement changes in a controlled manner. By evaluating the impact of changes, managing risks, and ensuring alignment with goals, change management can minimise disruptions to our services.
This set of documentation will describe how the change management process has been designed for BriCS and the processes to follow when creating, implementing and getting approval for changes.
